Quantitative app testing

In situations where statistical validity is required but screen/audio/face recording is not, you can conduct quantitative user tests. Focus on survey responses and key metrics such as time on task, task to completion rate as well as the SUPR-q, SEQ, SUS and NPS.

1 - Create a test and select a recruitment method

Create a test via the dashboard. Choose to do either unmoderated user tests or moderated user tests. Next decide whether to recruit testers via our panel, to invite your own testers or to use a combination of both.

2 - Conduct sessions on desktop, tablet or mobile

Let testers execute the test on one or multiple device types. Simply specificy the amount of sessions required per device type and let the platform take care of the rest.

3 - Analyse the session recordings and export the results

Go from data to insights in no-time by making use of usabilty metrics, automatic transcriptions, annotations and highlights. Export the session recordings, your notes and highlights.

Automatic transcription and subtitles

All session recordings are automatically transcribed in the local language. By using the time stamps in the transcriptions, you can quickly jump to the corresponding fragment. Not fluent in the local language? Add subtitles to the recordings. 

Annotations and highlights

Either create notes whilst doing the session or do so afterwards by using the session recording. Select key fragments by creating highlight clips and generate a highlight video to summarize the most important findings. 

Usability metrics

Make use of our predefined usability metrics to interpret the findings. These include but are not limited to the task to completion rate, success rate, System Usability Scale (SUS), Single Ease Question (SEQ), Net Promoter Score (NPS) as well as the SUPR-q.
