We manually screen every participant against your criteria before they're approved, so you only meet people who match. For unmoderated sessions we review all recordings, and for moderated sessions or interviews you can flag any issue within 24 hours and we'll arrange a replacement at no charge. We also check for duplicate sign-ups and inconsistent answers to keep the sample clean.
