How many active testers do you have?
User Sense has over 25 000+ qualified testers in her database, but we can reach more than 150K testers if necessary. At this stage, we are only active in European countries.
Is the tester payout included in the price?
Yes. All of our fees are inclusive of tester payouts. All testers receive a minimum of 15 Euro per test, which is transferred to their bank account after participating.
Is a technical check conducted before the test?
The short answer: yes. We primarily use qualified testers to ensure there are no technical issues during the sessions.
How do you guarantee tester quality?
All testers are asked to do a short qualification test as part of the onboarding process. In this way we make sure there are not technical issues and only appprove those testers who are capable of thinking out loud and giving feedback.
Through what channels do you recruit testers?
We use a variety of channels to build up our tester database. These include but are not limited to job vacancy websites, Facebook, Instagram and TikTok. In some cases we use LinkedIn to recruit B2B audiences.
How do you ensure testers do not participate too often?
We have a strict policy when it comes to the amount of tests a tester can do. These are limited to maximum 2 tests per month to avoid that our testers are being biased.
